What do I need to get started?
Our engagement managers will need to understand what current training programs are in-place, and where our solution will fit in your overall learning & development lifecycle. We will partner closely with you to setup all training scenarios within our platform, and train your team on monitoring and making sense of the training data.
What if I don't have a LMS?
No LMS is required. Our cloud-based software works completely independently from an LMS. Grasp can store all training data independent from an LMS, and provide XAPI exports and interfaces when a learning record store or LMS becomes available.
Do you provide tech support to our team members?
Yes, our solution is inclusive of an initial, onsite on-boarding of your training manager, IT, and location manager, and periodic phone support during your subscription. Onsite support after on-boarding is available for additional pricing.
What kind of hardware do I need?
It depends on the elements of your training program, but most customers use an Oculus Quest, given the ability to support hands-tracking in a wireless VR headset. For AR, the Hololens is what we currently support. We can support additional hardware, which can be discussed with your engagement manager during on-boarding.
What do I need to implement this solution?
You will need to procure your own hardware and provide the training scenarios for implementation within the platform. Depending on your comfort and expertise within a CMS, your engagement manager can setup the initial training scenarios, and review app installation procedures for your hardware. The Grasp training app will only work with an active subscription.
03. Training Content & Reporting
Do I need to manage the training content?
Depending on your on-boarding plan, we can handle the initial training content setup within the platform (menu, training scenarios, dialog, scene, etc.), or turn it over to your team to setup. The platform can be as self-service or as full-service as makes sense for your organization.
How long does it take to see changes I make in the admin?
Our software is cloud-based, with a low TTL/ cache, so as long as your hardware devices have access to the internet, any published changes would be accessed immediately after restarting the app.
Do you have an API?
Yes, please discuss access with your engagement manager during on-boarding.
What kind of reporting do you have?
We have standard reports in the admin tool for you to view and track performance of team members during your training program. We also can export data via XAPI, or setup another ETL transfer. Your engagement manager will work with you on your reporting requirements during on-boarding.
04. Pricing Plans
How long of a commitment is needed?
We have a variety of pricing plans and commitment levels that can fit any level of organization. The level of commitment is really based on the amount of on-boarding is necessary. For some, this means a month-to-month plan works, but for others, annual commitments make more sense.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, our terms allow for an immediate cancellation with 30-day notice period. If you have subscribed for more than 1-month, then we can pro-rate refund any partial months to your account.
What kind of support do you provide?
We provide telephone and e-mail as standard support during your subscription. Additional support, including on-site service, can be established for an additional fee. Your engagement manager will review these options with you during on-boarding.
